SHIPPING POLICY
At Apex Deals, we are committed to delivering premium quality clothing and apparel directly to your doorstep across the United States. Please read our shipping policies carefully to understand our processing and delivery timelines.
1. Order Processing Time
To ensure every garment meets our high-quality standards, all orders undergo strict processing, quality assurance checks, and secure packaging. Please allow 7 to 9 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center. Please note that order processing takes place Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
2. Shipping & Delivery Times
We partner with reliable logistics carriers to get your fashion items to you safely. Due to high demand and our extensive quality control process, the standard estimated delivery time for all orders within the United States is 3 to 4 weeks after the initial processing period has been completed.
3. Shipping Destinations
Currently, Apex Deals exclusively ships within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and the total weight of your clothing items. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey directly to your address. Please allow 48 to 72 hours for the tracking information to update in the courier's system.
6. Delays & Unforeseen Circumstances
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Apex Deals is not responsible for shipping delays caused by severe weather conditions, carrier logistics issues, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address during checkout. Apex Deals will not be held liable for delayed, lost, or returned packages resulting from incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact support@apexdeals.us immediately within 24 hours of placing your order.
