RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY

At Apex Deals, we want you to love what you wear. However, to maintain our strict hygiene standards and premium product quality, we enforce a firm return and exchange policy. Please review our guidelines below before initiating a request.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You may request a return or an exchange strictly within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this 7-day period will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange, the clothing item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Completely unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • Free of any makeup, deodorant stains, or odors (including perfume, smoke, etc.).

  • In its original condition with all original tags securely attached.

  • Returned in its original clear packaging.

3. Restocking Fee & Return Shipping (For Refunds)

  • Restocking Fee: A mandatory 15% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your total refund amount for all returned items. This covers the processing, rigorous quality inspection, and repackaging of the garments.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is strictly responsible for paying all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges (Size & Fit Issues)

We understand that finding the perfect fit can sometimes be tricky. If you ordered the wrong size and wish to exchange it for a different one, please contact our support team within the 7-day window.

  • Shipping Costs for Exchanges: The customer is fully responsible for paying the return shipping costs to send the original item back to our facility.

  • Waived Restocking Fee: Once we receive and inspect the item to ensure it meets our eligibility conditions, we will happily process your exchange and ship out the correct size. We waive the 15% restocking fee specifically for direct size exchanges to ensure you get the right fit!

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as intimates, underwear, swimwear, accessories, and items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

6. Refund Process

Once we receive your return at our warehouse, our quality control team will thoroughly inspect the garment. If approved, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee and original shipping costs) will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.

7. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please email us at support@apexdeals.us with your full name, order number, clear photos of the item (showing tags attached), and the reason for the request (e.g., Refund or Size Exchange).
